About this Course

Enjoy a scenic guided horseback riding outing through meadows and pine-forested Flying Horseshoe Ranch. The experience begins with a Horse and Saddle Talk, followed by grooming and saddling your horse with assistance from experienced wranglers. Horses are assigned based on each rider’s age, size, and ability. After mounting and a review of basic riding skills, participants will head out on a one-hour guided trail ride. After the ride, please bring a sack lunch to enjoy on the ranch grounds. Bottled water and snacks are encouraged. Long pants and boots are required; boots are available if you do not have your own. Riding helmets are required and will be provided. No prior riding experience is necessary. Pre-registration is required. Trip includes transportation, escort, and guided riding experience.
